Liquid nitrogen has a boiling temperature of minus 196 degrees Celsius. At these temperatures, extremely unusual experiments can be performed.
In a large bowl, cream, sugar and strawberries are added. Liquid nitrogen is now poured into the bowl and stirred well, creating tasty ice cream in no time, which can be distributed to your guests!
How does it work?
The nitrogen cools the ice cream mixture down extremely quickly and evaporates. The gaseous nitrogen makes the ice cream particularly “fluffy”.
Recipe for the Ice Cream:
1kg fresh strawberries, 1 litre whipped cream, sugar – all blended together.
