The Show Master has a seemingly empty beaker in his hand. He pours cola from a jug into it, and a few seconds later tips the beaker upside down over his head. The cola stays in the beaker!
How does it work?
Hidden in the beaker is a small amount of super absorbent powder, which quickly turns the cola into a kind of cola-pudding. The super absorber consists of long molecular chains, which can “trap” the water molecules. In every normal baby nappy you can find a table spoon of this super absorber, taking care of the baby’s bottom and keeping it dry.
